BTL Calc is a free app designed for the residential property investor or property professional.
Simply input a property value with estimated monthly rental and get an instant calculation of maximum mortgage lending available. Lending levels are shown with current costs from all of the main UK buy to let mortgage lenders.
The app also calculates your stamp duty land tax on the purchase and your monthly profit margin after mortgage payments.
